Welcome to Bloksi ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service at bloksi.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bloksi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bloksi is an AI-powered content optimization tool for X (formerly Twitter) that helps users create engaging posts, threads, and replies using X's open-source algorithm principles. Our service includes:

• Post Optimizer: AI-powered post enhancement
• Thread Generator: Automated thread creation
• Reply Assistant: Optimized reply suggestions

3. User Accounts

To use Bloksi, you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: 3 uses per 12 hours (Post Optimizer & Reply Assistant only)
• Starter ($4.99/month): 300 uses per month (Post Optimizer & Reply Assistant)
• Pro ($9.99/month): 700 uses per month (All 3 tools)
• Unlimited ($19.99/month): Unlimited uses (All 3 tools)
• Yearly Unlimited ($199/year): Unlimited uses for one year (All 3 tools)

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.3 Mid-Month Upgrades

You may upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade:

• You gain immediate access to your new plan's features and usage limits
• Your billing will be prorated for the current period
• The new subscription amount will apply starting your next billing cycle

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards (processed through Stripe)
• USDC on Solana (processed through NOWPayments)

4.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products or services.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly or yearly subscription fees
• Unused usage credits
• Partial months of service

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at @gainrangerheffe within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bloksi to:

• Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you input into Bloksi. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided to you for your use. However:

• AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before posting
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content

7.3 Our Intellectual Property

Bloksi's software, branding, and technology are our proprietary property and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Bloksi is an educational tool. We do not provide financial, investment, or professional advice.

NO GUARANTEES: While we strive to provide quality optimization, we do not guarantee:

• Increased engagement or virality
• Specific results from using our service
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloksi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Update these Terms of Service (we'll notify you of material changes)

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse our service

Upon termination, you lose access to all paid features immediately.

12. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Anthropic Claude API for AI generation
• Stripe for payment processing
• NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payments

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
